By accessing or using Week to Week ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Week to Week is a family activity planning platform that provides age-appropriate activity recommendations, weekly planning tools, meal planning, and developmental milestone tracking. The Service is intended for use by parents and caregivers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Week to Week offers a free tier with core features and a premium "Family Plan" subscription with additional features. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings, and your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. User-Submitted Content

You may submit activities, recipes, and other content to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Week to Week a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Week to Week name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Week to Week and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Activity suggestions and developmental milestone information are for general guidance only and do not constitute medical or professional advice. Always consult your paediatrician if you have concerns about your child's development.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Week to Week shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
