What You'll Need

Kid-Friendly Poses
**Tree Pose** — Stand on one foot, arms up like branches.
**Downward Dog** — Hands and feet on floor, hips up.
**Cobra** — Lie on tummy, push upper body up with arms.
**Butterfly** — Sit, feet together, knees out, flap like wings.
**Cat-Cow** — On all fours, arch and round back.
